Timothy McGrath
CEO & Executive Chairman
A proven entrepreneur that has led companies with a successful track record from an earlier stage to private equity backed ownership. Prior to Nantucket, Tim was CEO and Founder of Lighthouse Risk Solutions, (LRS). Tim built LRS from concept. Its core focus was creating new products and distribution channels on an exclusive basis for a mono-line multi-billion insurance carrier. He subsequently sold LRS to a PE firm. Prior to LRS Tim was one of the founding Partners for Alvarez & Marsal Insurance Advisory Practice; a multi-billion dollar international consulting firm. Early in his career, he built Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Practice in CA. He graduated from Northeastern University.

Jim Lee
CTO
Jim brings over 30 years of experience in the consulting, capital markets, and insurance industry. Before joining Nantucket Risk, he led the development of an online subscription platform for the vehicle service warranty industry and eventually was named COO/CTO of that entity. Jim also held CIO positions with Bamboo Insurance, CNA National Warranty Company, Pacific Specialty Insurance Company (PSIC), Endurance Specialty Insurance, and Marsh & McLennan Companies. At Marsh & McLennan, Jim was the – Global Consumer and Chief Information Officer for the U.S. & Canada Region. Jim graduated with a B.A. in Finance from Adelphi University.
